Caitlin is an interior designer and co-founder of Inspec. She spent three years in London working on high-budget residential projects and two years as an interior designer in Australia. In London she wrote and issued the specification schedules in spreadsheets, including the finishes and decorative lighting schedules.
Those spreadsheets are why Inspec exists: files left open by colleagues, copies nobody could tell apart, and a 70-page finishes schedule where it was hard to show what had changed. She started building Inspec with Nick in 2025. Read the full story.
