# Inspec > Inspec (inspec.design) is specification scheduling software for interior designers. Inspec is a web app at https://inspec.design built for architecture and interior design studios. It replaces spreadsheet-based fixtures and finishes schedules with real-time collaboration, revision control, a product catalogue, supplier management, and procurement from estimate through to invoice. Studios use Inspec to specify flooring, paint, hardware, lighting, and every other product that goes into a room before the furniture, then share professional schedules with clients and trades. ## Specification schedules Every design decision is documented and tracked. Teams work in the same schedule without sync conflicts. Revision control highlights what changed, and Issue Report distributes locked versions to contractors and clients. ## Templates and product catalogue Customisable templates keep branding and formatting consistent across projects. Re-spec products you already love from a studio catalogue instead of starting from a blank sheet. ## Web Clipper Capture product details from a supplier website and send them straight into a schedule. The Inspec Web Clipper is a Google Chrome extension: https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/acnmkjepefaejfaepfeilgeklplinfdj ## Procurement Take projects from concept to delivery with estimates, purchase orders, invoicing, tax, and a client portal for one-click approvals. ## Time tracking Record hours worked across projects, manually or automatically. ## Pricing Inspec is a per-user subscription with a 14-day free trial and no long-term contract.
